●  Plate Configuration 

Distal humerus variable angle LCP system provides three techniques of double plate placement in distal humerus: 

 perpendicular distal humerus plating (lateral support) and parallel distal humerus plating. 

● Variable Angle Locking Technique 

The variable angle screw holes feature four points of threaded locking between the plate and the variable angle locking screw to 

create a fixed-angle construct at the desired screw angle. 

●  Plate Design 

Optimization of metaphyseal plate notch; Design of smooth edges and improved plate anatomical fit;

 without affecting the stability of the premise as far as possible to reduce the bulge of structure
